Intermittent stutter + Security event

I need some help with an issue I have on my Windows 11 pc. Sometimes, maybe once to thrice a day, my pc will do this thing where I hear the device plug-in sound, the pc starts to hang for a second, recover, play the plug-in sound and hang for another second before continuing on. This generally doesn't happen unless I'm playing a game. I've checked the logs, and nothing specific gets logged when this happens, except this security event. I'm sure this event is related as it pops up exactly when the stutter happens but I have no idea what the issue could be. I found some information regarding mice being the problem. I have updated my mouse driver and disabled an unused/unknown HID mouse in my device manager, but alas. I've checked the system files (SFC, DISM etc), updated the graphics driver, updated the BIOS, made sure Windows is up to date, plugged the mouse into another port, etc. I read that it could be an IRQ conflict, but as far as I've seen, there are no conflicts. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm at a bit of a loss! Locked Question. This question was migrated from the Microsoft Support Community. Good to know that the event has nothing to do with the IRQ channels. I do think it's very strange coincidence that the event pops up exactly at the moment the hangs occur, however. But perhaps it's a result of whatever happens when the hang fixes itself. How do I share with onedrive? Or can I use something else? I don't have it installed on my computer for reasons, and I don't have an account for it. 0 comments No comments I've had Latencymon open since yesterday and everything is still fine. And please check the situation with a LatencyMon tool. Local group enumeration cannot be related to IRQ. 0 comments No comments Please save system and application journals to evtx files and share them to OneDrive for analysis. The event is related I think (not sure in what way though), because it appears the very second the stutter happens, every single time. There are no other events, though I think there should be considering stuff gets 'plugged in and out' and things start hanging for a bit. Other people with the same problem reported the same event appearing, so even though I have no idea how this event is related, I'm sure it is. Latencymon's saying everything checks out. I'll keep running it in case the stutter happens again, but that might take a while as it happens so infrequently. 0 comments No comments Hi Igor, thanks for your reply! Please analyze statter with third-party LatencyMon tool. And it is very unlikely this event may be related with statter. 0 comments No comments My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.
