Founded by Sarbendra Sarkar, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts was born from a vision grounded in strength, patience, and passion. A true visionary, Sarbendra has consistently turned challenges into opportunities and losses into profit, embodying the belief that success belongs to those who “dare to do, over dream to do.” Established in 2012 and operational since 2014, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts is a dynamic and forward-thinking hotel management and brand franchising company. Built to meet the demands of an ever-evolving hospitality landscape, it upholds a commitment to exceptional hospitality, comfort, and service. Today, the group is on an ambitious growth path—targeting 100+ hotels across India and key South Asian markets, with plans to add 7500+ keys by 2029 and create employment for over 12,000 people. In a landmark move, Cygnett has entered into a strategic alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts . As part of this collaboration: Cygnett Hotels will join the prestigious Trademark Collection® by Wyndham . La Quinta® by Wyndham , an upper-upscale brand, and Registry Collection Hotels® , a luxury brand, will be introduced across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. This partnership marks a new chapter in Cygnett’s growth—setting the stage for world-class hospitality and elevated guest experiences under the expanding umbrella of Cygnetture Experiences. Further strengthening its portfolio, Cygnett has launched Anamore Hotels, a premium luxury brand under the Registry Collection by Wyndham . Crafted for the discerning traveler, Anamore embodies timeless elegance, bespoke experiences, and an exclusive aura of sophistication - positioning itself as a preferred choice for luxury destinations and iconic city addresses. Complementing this, Cygnett also introduces Ayurvyaas by Cygnett , its dedicated wellness and lifestyle hospitality segment, designed to offer holistic well-being through Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and personalized wellness therapies. Ayurvyaas reflects Cygnett’s belief that true hospitality extends beyond stay - it nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Since 2014, Cygnett has grown through innovation, adaptability, and a commitment to redefining hospitality experiences. What began as a vision to create guest-centric hotels has evolved into a dynamic hospitality group with a strong presence across India and South Asia. Driven by our signature Cygnetture Experience , our diverse portfolio spans upscale luxury, premium, and smart economy hotels, alongside AyurOvyas, our wellness-focused brand. Each of our offerings is designed to deliver comfort, value, and memorable experiences for modern travelers. Our strategic alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for South Asia marks an exciting chapter in our journey, bringing globally renowned brands such as La Quinta® by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels® into our growing portfolio. Together, we combine international expertise with deep local understanding to create greater opportunities for our guests, partners, and hotel owners.
