Windows Server 2016 Windows Server 2019 Windows Server 2022 Windows Mixed Reality Windows 10 作業系統若不計「N」版、「KN」版以及其他變種，有十二個 版本 （如計算伺服器和遊戲機的不自稱為Windows 10的版本，則為十六個），它們的功能集和面向的硬體都不盡相同。 [ 1 ] [ 2 ] 除了家庭單語言版外，其他被提及的版本都有安裝附加語言包而使用多使用者語言介面的能力，換句話說比如簡體中文版的使用者可以附加維吾爾語語言包，而使用維吾爾語言的語言介面。這個功能早先只能在Windows XP英文專業版、Windows Vista及Windows 7的旗艦版和企業版才有得用。 適用於桌上型電腦、筆記型電腦、8英寸以上的平板電腦及工作站版本 適用於智慧型手機和小型平板電腦版本 - 行動裝置（Mobile）版 適用於物聯網裝置和嵌入式裝置版本 - 物聯網（IoT）版 Windows 10 IoT版專門為小尺寸、低成本裝置和 物聯網 （IoT）環境設計。它是Microsoft早期嵌入式作業系統 Windows Embedded 的一個更名版本。目前已經宣布三個版本：IoT Core（物聯網核心版）、IoT Enterprise（物聯網企業版）和IoT Mobile Enterprise（物聯網移動企業版）。 [ 4 ] [ 5 ] [ 6 ] 與Windows 10, version 1809使用相同代碼的伺服器系統為Windows Server 2019。其有3個版本（基礎版、標準版、資料中心版），每個版本又根據所安裝的功能分為3個變種（完整版、核心版、微型核心版）。 微軟的第八代遊戲機Xbox One的系統亦基於Windows 10。 微軟的企業用巨型平板電腦Surface Hub，使用的系統為基於Windows 10 專業版的 Windows 10 Team 版。 微軟的智慧型眼鏡HoloLens使用的系統為基於Windows 10的變種。 除了以上的版本外，Windows 10還特別為歐盟、瑞士提供了「N」（不帶媒體播放器）版，以及韓國的「KN」版。這類版本不包含像Windows Media Player或相機這樣的媒體相關功能。家用版、專業版以及企業版都有對應的N版或KN版產品。2004年在歐盟的判決下微軟被要求發布不綁定Windows Media Player的Windows版本，而這個版本被微軟命名為N版。N版與全功能版的售價相同，缺少的功能以「媒體功能包」的形式可以從微軟官網上免費下載。 [ 7 ] 播放或建立類： 音樂CD回放 數位媒體檔案 DVD影片光碟 媒體庫中的數位內容 查閱數位檔案中作者和標題的資訊 Internet Explorer不可回放： 適應流 數位版權管理（DRM） 缺少的這些功能可以透過Groove音樂和電影與電視這兩種應用程式來補足，另外也可安裝第三方軟體或媒體包以開啟媒體檔案。 Windows 10神州網信政府版（CMGE），通稱「中國政府版」，是為 中華人民共和國 政府專門客製化的一個版本，以達到中國政府對政府機關辦公電腦的要求。該版本由微軟與中國電子科技集團合資成立的「北京神州網信科技有限責任公司」負責開發及更新維護，更新伺服器位於中國境內。該版本移除或者停用了原版Windows 10中內建的辦公類、個人助理類、娛樂生活類應用及基於雲的服務，內建了中國政府指定數位憑證機關的根憑證。 [ 8 ] [ 9 ] [ 10 ] 2017年5月23日， 微軟 聯合 中國電子科技集團 公司合組神州網信公司，為了 中華人民共和國 政府在公家機關和國企領域匯入Windows 10，而開出的一系列關於 資訊安全 的變動條件，需要大幅更動Win10一些函式庫與預設功能的原始碼、運作邏輯，一款大幅特製化名為「Windows 10 神州網信政府版」的系統在神州網信開始進行，基礎基於Win10企業版。中國政府方面也籌立了Win10政府系統審查小組，對成品驗收。 據中國工程院院士 沈昌祥 2018年的媒體訪問透漏 [ 11 ] ，當時審查小組提出了三個頂層要求： 在原裝系統中很多第三方軟體要經過微軟的數位認證才能執行，以及一些訊息會傳回微軟的國外伺服器，此類現象必須全部移除或改寫。然而兩個月後微軟就表示改寫完成已經推出訂做版本，審查小組表示懷疑合作的中國電子科技人員在如此短時間就檢驗了數千萬行程式碼，若是 程式碼 沒有全部細查過，無法保證微軟聲稱的改寫是否落實。最後審查小組透過技術手段檢驗結論是三個原則都是驗收未通過，需要持續改進至達標。中國工程院院士 倪光南 曾表示Win10未通過審查，會存在被外國力量監控、劫持、攻擊、被禁售、金鑰和憑證失控、無法打修補程式、不支援國產 CPU 等國安風險，應停止採購和使用。 而2018年起似乎改寫有所進展 [ 12 ] ，神州網信政府版進入中央國家機關政府採購平台目錄，使用者發現一些未涉及機敏性的末端政府電腦已經開始安裝，產品報價2158元人民幣，但暫不開放民間購買與安裝管道。 [ 13 ] [ 14 ] 2017年5月2日，微軟公布Windows 10 S（對應早前洩露的Windows 10 Cloud），這是一個Windows 10的功能限制版本，主要針對教育市場中的低階裝置，如同時亮相的 Surface Laptop 。微軟表示Windows 10 S裝置將由多家OEM廠商製造，定價自189美元起，而且該作業系統也將提供給具有Windows 10 Pro使用權的學校。 Terry Myerson 在發布會上解釋說，名稱中的「S」是為表示這個版本的Windows 10已被簡化（Simplicity）和具有安全（Secure）、卓越的表現（Superior performance），並仍然含有Windows 10的「靈魂」（Soul）。 [ 15 ] Windows 10 S的軟體安裝僅限從 Windows Store 取得的應用程式；裝置可以付費升級到Windows 10 Pro以解鎖無限制的軟體安裝。Windows 10 S還包含一個更快的初始設定和登入過程，並允許使用帶有Windows Intune for Education平台的USB驅動器來組態裝置。所有Windows 10 S裝置將包含免費一年的 Minecraft Educational Edition 訂閱。評論家比較了這個版本與 Windows RT （一個類似的Windows 8版本，針對ARM架構的裝置）。不同於Windows RT，Windows 10 S仍然可以執行桌面應用程式，前提是它已使用Project Centennial工具包打包並在Windows Store上分發。 [ 15 ] [ 16 ] [ 17 ] [ 18 ] [ 19 ] 2018年3月9日，Windows作業系統副總裁Joe Belfiore（ 喬北峰 ）通過 推特 確認，Windows 10 S將從2019年開始不再作為單獨的SKU發行，而是轉換成Windows10系統下面內建的功能——「S模式」的形式存在。微軟預計全新的「S模式」將在Windows 10 家用版、專業版、企業版等版本上整合，同時即將發布的Windows 10 RS4正式版更新也會整合這個功能 [ 20 ] 。 微軟為 Windows 7 以及 Windows 8.1 使用者擁有自發布日後一年內免費將其升級至 Windows 10 的資格， Windows RT 和企業版客戶便不在此列。 Windows 10 版本功能比較圖表 Windows 10 / Windows 10行動裝置版 Windows Holographic ，計算平台，設計用於擴增實境裝置上。 ^ 在10.0.0.10240版本中又稱為「長期服務方案」 ^ Prophet, Tony.
