I do have a Galaxy book 10 where I use the pen in PowerPoint in the presentation mode. Works very well! However, I have issues with the performance of the Galaxy Book (other applications) so I also got the Galaxy book 12. Both are up to date in terms of software (windows, office and samsung firmware). However, If I write on a slide during Presentation mode the writing has an offset! I do NOT have problems if I use the mouse to write I do NOT have problems when I am not in presentation mode If I disable the presenter view and show the slides on both displays at the same time I still have the problem. The resolution of both displays is the same, only the zoom factor is different. If I set the zoom factor to the same for both displays the problem is gone All the above is only relevant for the Galaxy book 12. The Galaxy Book 10 runs perfectly all the time. Settying the galaxy book to 100% zoom is too small for me for normal work .... The issue seems only happens with higher resolution on your Galaxy book 12 (Galaxy book 10 works well) and when the zoom factor is the same for both displays. We suggest you try the followings: 1.There is a new version 1803(Build 9126.2315) released. You may update Office to check the outcome. Click File>Account>Update Options>Update Now. 2.Repair Office with the steps in this article: Repair an Office application We'd also like to confirm the following information: 1.For PowerPoint app on your Galaxy book 10 and Galaxy book 12, do they have the same version and build? 2.If the issue persists, could you record a reproduce video about the issue? You may use phone to record video so that it can record the situation from the 2 computer at the same time. Please share the video in private message. Anonymous 2018-11-19T08:44:21+00:00 Hi Tina, thanks for your reply! I performed 1 & 2 (according to the respective documentation) without any effect. The problem still occurs. Please find the screenshot below. Display one has a resplution of 2160 x 1440 and a zoom level of 150% (Recommended) Display two has a resplution of 2560 x 1440 and a zoom level of 100% (Recommended) The issue still exists in a new presentation. Please see the windows specifications below. Thank you very much for your fast response! I did have a presentation last week with a display with lower resolution than my Galaxy Book and the problem did NOT occur. With the higher resolution monitor the problem is still there. According to your description, the issue happens when you are in presentation mode and set the zoom factor different for the displays. You may try the followings to see if the issue will disappear: 1.Quit PowerPoint, then start it in safe mode with the steps in this article .
